Russian Dealers Supply Iraq With Electronics, Supplies
Russian arms dealers have supplied Iraq with supplies and electronic jamming equipment that could throw U.S. planes and bombs off course, Fox News has confirmed. The Washington Post first reported Sunday that Bush administration sources said one Russian company is helping the Iraqi military deploy global-positioning system jammers to Baghdad, while two other companies have sold anti-tank missiles and thousands of night-vision goggles in violation of U.N. sanctions.

New York Times Makes Big Foray Into TV
Vivian Schiller makes it her mantra: "We are not a news network."
For a new cable channel part owned by and part named for the nation's most prominent newspaper, The New York Times, it's a natural expectation.
Instead, the Discovery Times Channel, which officially begins operation Tuesday in about 29 million homes, is looking to become a behind-the-news network.
"We're going to treat things seriously, but hopefully have a little fun, also," said Schiller, who's running it.

Rumsfeld: Iraqi Footage Violates Geneva Convention
Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld said on Sunday Iraqi television footage claiming to show American prisoners of war was a violation of the Geneva Convention.
On CBS's "Face the Nation," Rumsfeld was shown footage relayed by the Arabic satellite station al-Jazeera that Iraq television claimed were captive U.S. soldiers.
Rumsfeld said he did not know if the footage did in fact show American soldiers who had been captured, but he warned if it did, it violated the Geneva Convention governing treatment of prisoners of war.

Woman arrested with grenades used to be a man
A Durban woman arrested this week for alleged possession of three stun grenades was once a man - and might even have been a high-ranking officer in the former South African Defence Force.
Robyn Godfrey, 43, was arrested by military police this week in what seemed an open-and-shut case of possession of military hardware. But things took a sensational turn when investigations revealed that Godfrey not only works as an escort in Durban, but - according to military records - could have been a mysterious Colonel Robin Ivan Godfrey.

Manipulating Minds: The Psychological War on Iraq
