R. Kelly Arrested on Child Porn Charges
R. Kelly, already facing child pornography charges in Illinois, was arrested Wednesday in Florida on additional child pornography charges after investigators said they found photos of him having sex with a girl. Kelly, whose first name is Robert, was arrested at a Miami-Dade County hotel. Kelly was released from jail on $12,000 bond about three hours after his arrest and was hustled into a waiting car to avoid reporters.

4-Year-Old Allegedly Beaten For Drinking From Toilet
A 4-year-old Trumbull County boy allegedly misbehaves, and police said his caretaker delivered the ultimate punishment -- death. Logan Guyton died Monday at MetroHealth Medical Center from head injuries. The beating was so severe that authorities said they have never seen anything like it, NewsChannel5 reported.

SBC stakes claim on Web frames patent
SBC Communications is claiming a wide-ranging patent on Web frames that could affect hundreds of sites that use the technology.
In a letter sent to at least one company that uses frames on its Web site, SBC said it is entitled to as much as $50 million in licensing fees, although actual figures would depend upon a company's revenue.

Million-Dollar Power Bill Shocks Family
ike many Norwegian homeowners, Siri Hoelland had nervously awaited her power bill, unsure of the cost because of soaring electricity prices in recent months.
She was shocked to find out it was more than 7.6 million kroner ($1.1 million).
"There has been so much talk about high electricity prices that we wondered what the bill would be," the 37-year-old mother of three told The Associated Press by telephone Wednesday. "But we hadn't thought it would be this bad."

But for actor Arnold Schwarzenegger, the unauthorized use of his picture in a newspaper ad for an Ohio car dealership was serious enough to warrant a multimillion-dollar lawsuit.
The star of the "Terminator" movies and expected Republican gubernatorial candidate in 2006 is demanding that Fred Martin Motor Co. and its ad agency pay him more than $20 million for using his photo to hawk cars in an advertisement that ran in the Akron Beacon Journal.
