Peppers--Hot Sauce Central

Welcome to PEPPERS, home of the undisputed largest collection of hot sauces in the world! Over 6500 different hot sauces grace the walls of our hot sauce museum, and we add to that total daily. We like to think of ourselves as hot sauce experts, and we would love to answer all of your questions regarding taste, ingredients, heat levels, or recipes from our award winning restaurants. Matching hot sauces to different food types is an art form and we want to help you taste the full palette.

Soulseek Records

Soulseek Records is an offshoot of Soulseek, a file-sharing application dedicated predominantly to the free trade of electronic music and the promotion of unsigned artists. Listeners can use Soulseek to learn about and sample new musicians they would be unlikely to encounter elsewhere, and artists can utilize the wide user base as an efficient means of distributing their work, getting feedback, and gaining fans. Based upon this community theory, Soulseek Records is a democratic label, with all decisions made by a dedicated group of users who confer via message board, rather than by an committee of businessmen or a CEO.

Soulseek Records will prove that music sharing is not the evil demon that many believe it to be, but rather that it can actually be the foundation for a positive new relationship between artists, labels, and listeners.

Why Google Wants To Read Your E-Mail

Google's plan to offer free Web-based e-mail has raised worries among privacy advocates that the service could make it easier for law enforcement to conduct surveillance of its users.

Google said Wednesday it plans to offer an e-mail service, called Gmail, that would give account owners 1 GB of free storage. Gmail would also offer search capabilities allowing users to find specific pieces of information buried within tens of thousands of e-mails. The size of the storage would blow away offerings from rivals like Yahoo and Microsoft's Hotmail.
