Did LSD change Britain?


Sixty-three years ago the first acid trip was taken by an unwitting research chemist, Albert Hofmann, who has died at the age of 102. To its detractors LSD is perhaps the most dangerous drug in the world, but did its advent really change society in Britain and even the way we eat?

Tesla Roadster Fuel Source: NO GAS NEEDED!


Tesla Motors, Inc., a Silicon Valley automobile startup company, opened their flagship store in West Los Angeles, California this weekend.

The Tesla Roadster is a high performance, consumer-oriented electric vehicle, named in honor of Nikola Tesla, an inventor, electrical engineer and scientist.

The Tesla Roadster's power plant is basically a Tesla three-phase AC induction motor. Tesla Motors licensed AC Propulsion's Reductive Charging(tm) patent, which integrates the charging electronics into the inverter in a way that reduces mass and complexity.

Hell exists, it's full of sulfur and it's located at Indonesia


Placed at the top of the Ijen volcano, in Indonesia, this sulfur mine was opened in 1968. About 200 miners, known as the "sulfur slaves", work here everyday and carry 70 to 90 kg of sulfur in their baskets from the crater floor. The typical daily earnings of these miners are equivalent to approximately $5.00 US. and their life expectancy is only about 30 years.

Cannabis freigeben? Kundgebung in Wien


Am Samstagnachmittag fand in den Bezirken Mariahilf, Neubau, Innere Stadt und Landstrasse eine Kundgebung zum Thema „Gleichstellung von Cannabis mit den legalen Drogen Alkohol und Nikotin“ statt. Knapp über 230 Personen nahmen an der Demonstration, die geordnet und friedlich verlief, teil.

More than 14 tons of hashish recovered in Cádiz province last month


33 people have been arrested over the month and cars, boats and a lorry impounded. More than 14 tons of hashish has been recovered by the authorities in Cádiz in the last month. The GRECO Special Response Groups to Organised Crime, of the National Police arrested 33 people and impounded three vehicles as part of the operations, together with a large lorry and eight boats.
