Sarin Nerve Agent Bomb Explodes in Iraq
A roadside bomb containing sarin nerve agent exploded near a U.S. military convoy, but there were no casualties, the U.S. military said Monday.

Sarin ist eines der drei so genannten chemischen G-Kampfstoffe (G von Germany), die während des Krieges in Deutschland als chemische Substanzen entwickelt und hergestellt wurden. Neben dem Sarin gehören noch das Tabun und Soman zu diesen Stoffen. Tabun wurde von dem deutschen Chemiker Dr. Gerhard Schrader bei der Erforschung von Phosphorverbindungen zum Einsatz als Insektenvernichtungsmittel für den Chemiekonzern IG-Farben als erstes der chemischen Nerven-Kampfstoffe Ende 1936 entdeckt und synthetisiert.

Bombe mit Nervengas Sarin in Irak explodiert
US-Soldaten haben in Irak einen Sprengsatz gefunden, der das Nervengas Sarin enthielt. Er explodierte, bevor er entschärft werden konnte. Nach Militärangaben wurde eine geringe Menge Sarin freigesetzt.

We took photos because prisoners looked funny, says guard
The most public face of the Iraq prison abuse scandal, Private Lynndie England, has explained why soldiers at Abu Ghraib took pictures of detainees masturbating and piled naked with plastic bags over their heads.
"We thought it looked funny, so pictures were taken," she said in a sworn statement to investigators.

One would have to be totally blind to ignore the incredible stench of P2OG Pentagon theater in the case of Nick Berg. We've got Nick Berg in US custody for 13 days, a diplomat's email confirms this, the FBI admits it and the Iraqi puppet government confirms it.
Meanwhile the Defense Department was desperately trying to deny it. Now they have to admit that Berg was indeed in their custody. Then, Berg gets released and within days is in al-CIAeda hands.
