Fox News pirates CNN's live video feed
During coverage of the space shuttle Columbia's disintegration, the folks in CNN's control room thought the picture they saw on rival Fox News Channel looked familiar.
So they tried a little experiment.
The producers superimposed a tiny "CNN" logo on the upper left corner of the network's screen as it showed the shuttle breaking into pieces. Blip! The same logo appeared on Fox News Channel.
Then they decided to abruptly switch cameras so a picture of correspondent Miles O'Brien appeared. For two seconds — until it was hurriedly replaced with a view of NASA 's mission control — it looked like O'Brien was working for Fox, too.

Seinfeld still master of syndication domain
Jerry and Elaine and George and Kramer would no doubt have a field day overanalyzing it, but the success of "Seinfeld" remains a genuine television phenomenon.
Nearly five years after its final original broadcast on NBC, Jerry Seinfeld's celebrated "show about nothing" is still the top-rated off-network program in syndication, routinely outdrawing "Friends," "Everybody Loves Raymond" and "Will & Grace" in total viewership.

"The threat level is definitely up. Our guys have been told to act as if we have already bombed Iraq," one senior counterterrorism official told CNN.

Super Bowl's fun ads will be playing for big stakes
Ozzy Osbourne pushes Pepsi Twist in his dream, Quizno's introduces its founder and chef - in his saggy skivvies - and Willie Nelson gets in trouble with the IRS. Plan on laughing again during Sunday's Super Bowl, maybe even falling off the couch.
The commercial lineup is mostly fun and wacky, a turnaround from the 2002 game, when advertisers set aside their typical antics after the terrorist attacks.
