Military 'hamsters' show their might

Spinning top is top toy
Spinning tops that do battle in the school playground have been named the UK's biggest toy by retailers. he tops, called Beyblades originated in Japan but have become a craze among youngsters around the world over the past two years.
The British Association of Toy Retailers (BATR) named the product, which is made by US giant Hasbro, as the toy that made the biggest impact on the UK industry in 2002.

Osama bin Laden toys become a craze with children in Pakistan
Toy crazes are a common theme in the build up to Christmas holidays in the West. The story is no different in the Muslim world as Id approaches but one of this year's 'must-haves' would probably be banned from sale in many parts of the West; an Osama bin-Laden action figure complete with military jeep and bodyguards.

Hauppauge boxes clever with digital TV
Hauppauge Computer Works has launched a product that brings digital broadcasts to any TV or PC. The DEC2000-t is not the first digital device to provide free-to-air digital terrestrial broadcasts to TVs, but claims to be the first that links to a PC for added functionality.
