Berlusconi will Liebeslieder-CD aufnehmen

Kucinich, O’Reilly face off over impeachment
Fox’s Bill O’Reilly talked with Rep. Dennis Kucinich about his 35 articles of impeachment against President Bush.
The House voted today by a comfortable margin to refer 35 articles of impeachment against President Bush to the Judiciary Committee, as the measure's chief sponsor vowed to bring the issue up again if the panel does not agree to hold hearings.
On a 251-166 vote, the chamber elected to refer Rep. Dennis Kucinich's (D-Ohio) resolution to the Judiciary panel. All 227 Democrats present voted in favor of the referral, along with 24 Republicans -- a big boost from the four GOP lawmakers who voted for referral of charges against Vice President Cheney back in November.

Scott McClellan on Bush and coke
Ex-White House press secretary Scott McClellan has turned the tables on his former boss Pres. George W. Bush in his controversial book, What Happened: Inside the Bush White House and Washington's Culture of Deception.
McClellan & Bush About Bush's drug use, he writes: "How can someone simply not remember whether or not they used an illegal substance like cocaine?... I felt I was witnessing Bush convincing himself to believe something that probably was not true and that, deep down, he knew was not true... In the years to come, as I worked closely with President Bush, I would come to believe that sometimes he convinces himself to believe what suits his needs at the moment."

Administration Set to Use New Spy Program in U.S.
The Bush administration said yesterday that it plans to start using the nation's most advanced spy technology for domestic purposes soon, rebuffing challenges by House Democrats over the idea's legal authority.
Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff said his department will activate his department's new domestic satellite surveillance office in stages, starting as soon as possible with traditional scientific and homeland security activities -- such as tracking hurricane damage, monitoring climate change and creating terrain maps.

Obama's family tree expanded to include the Bushes and the Pitts
Barack Obama often jokes in his campaign speeches about a genealogical survey last year that found he is a distant cousin of Dick Cheney.
Now there is more bad news for Obama: a study published yesterday found he is related to George Bush as well.
Researchers at the New England Historic Genealogical Society, founded in 1845, said Obama, the son of a white woman from Kansas and a black man from Kenya, can call six US presidents his cousins: both Bushes, Gerald Ford, Lyndon Johnson, Harry Truman and James Madison. The society, a non-profit organisation, found he is also related to Churchill.
