Mit Gotcha-Pistole auf Hexenjagd
Mit seiner Gotcha-Pistole lag in der Nacht zum ersten Mai, ein Jugendlicher (17) im Garten seines Elternhauses auf der Lauer, um dem Hexentreiben der Walpurgisnacht Einhalt zu gebieten. Um einen besseren Überblick zu haben, kletterte er auf einen Anbau.
Dort konnte er gegen 22:00 Uhr sein Vorhaben in die Tat umsetzen, als sich eine Gruppe Hexen vor dem Anwesen versammelte. Nach seinen Angaben schoss er diesen gezielt vor die Füße. Vier Kinder erlitten dabei an Kopf und Körper Prellungen.
Die Kinder im Alter von zehn bis 14 Jahren verständigten daraufhin ihre Eltern, die den Jungen zur Rede stellten. Die inzwischen eingetroffene Polizei stellte die Tatwaffe sicher und nahm die Anzeige gegen den Jungen entgegen.

Forgetful robber put 'rob bank' on his to-do list
A man who added "rob bank" to his to-do list pleaded guilty to robbing six banks in suburban Kansas City. John Sarver pleaded guilty Monday in U.S. District Court to six counts of bank robbery.
Sarver, 47, of Kansas City, Kan., admitted robbing the banks in suburban Leawood, Prairie Village, Shawnee and Olathe between January 2002 and December 2003.

Woman Busted Swallowing Diamond Ring
Mary Denise Flowers (38) was caught by surveillance cameras in a Littman Jeweler's store having a quick bite to eat. The item on the menu was a 1.5 carat diamond ring.
She was ordered to pay fines and court costs totaling more than $1,000, Flowers can return to her clean record if she completes probation without violation.
The ring was later returned in a jailhouse commode and will be sent back the jeweler's headquarters to be melted down.

Baby als Wurfgeschoss
Mutter, Sohn und Schwiegersohn - recht familiär ging es am Mittwoch im Grazer Straflandesgericht auf der Anklagebank zu. Die ganze Runde musste sich wegen einer gröberen Auseinandersetzung im Lokal eines Einkaufszentrums verantworten. Dabei wurden nicht nur die Polizisten wüst beschimpft, im allgemeinen Wirbel warf die Frau ihre einjährige Enkeltochter in die Menge. Ein Polizist fing das Kind gerade noch auf. Alle drei wurden schuldig gesprochen und bekamen Geldstrafen.

Husband calls foul after seeing wife on porn site
An angry husband who came across a video of his wife having sex with her lover on the Internet called the police who arrested a man suspected of filming a string of people without their consent, police say.
The 25-year-old cheating wife had been secretly filmed and the video was posted on the net when the man stumbled across it. "The husband saw his wife and immediately called a prosecutor to get his wife's clip off the net," a police source said.
