Cop Ejaculated On A Motorist During Traffic Stop
No one disputes that an on-duty Irvine police officer got an erection and ejaculated on a motorist during an early-morning traffic stop in Laguna Beach. The female driver reported it, DNA testing confirmed it and officer David Alex Park finally admitted it.

Police Chief Writes Himself Ticket
Village of Kewaskum Police Chief Richard Knoebel said he was driving to work when he became distracted by a truck stopping on one side of the street.
He said he didn't see a school bus with its lights flashing and a stop sign out on the other side of the four-lane road.
When he realized what he had done, he issued himself a $235 ticket.

50 tunnels discovered running under U.S. Mexico border

Woman jailed after reporting rape
A woman who told police she had been raped was jailed for two days after officers found an old warrant accusing her of failing to pay restitution for a 2003 theft arrest.
While she was behind bars, according to the college student's attorney, a jail worker refused to give her a second dose of the morning-after contraceptive pill because of the worker's religious convictions.

Some cops in Tijuana resorting to slingshots
The drug cartels here are clearly Goliath, heavily armed with automatic weapons.
The municipal police, stripped of their guns this month as part of a corruption probe, are now playing the role of David.
About 60 officers were issued slingshots yesterday for use on patrols in the tourist section of Avenida Revolucion and the business district of Zona Rio, according to a police department spokesman. Some of the officers bought bags of marbles for ammo.
