Sea lion attacks Australian girl
A teenage girl has been attacked by a sea lion while surfing behind a speedboat off Australia's west coast.
Ella Murphy, 13, suffered cuts to her throat, a broken jaw and lost three teeth when the mammal leapt out of the sea and mauled her.

Oops - Dropping £45,000 piano 'was the worst thing that's ever happened to me'
A removal man who let a £45,000 concert piano slip off the back of his lorry and plunge down a bank described the monumental gaffe as "the worst thing that's ever happened to me".
Brian Haigh made a humiliating public apology to the instrument's owner and told how the experience left him lost for words.

Coke finds Jesus movie scene hard to swallow
An Italian film showing Jesus Christ drinking Coca-Cola has sparked such strong protest from the soft drink giant that it blocked the film's Easter weekend premiere.
The film 7km from Jerusalem is about an Italian advertising executive who is soul searching after losing his job and marriage. He flies to Jerusalem where he runs into Jesus.

What hoax? U.S. museum aims to set record straight over moon landing
A museum honouring the first man to walk on the moon is not afraid to confront conspiracy theorists who argue his 1969 lunar landing was a hoax.
"If it takes a controversy to get them here, that's fine with us," said Andrea Waugh, an education specialist at the Armstrong Air & Space Museum, named after Apollo 11 astronaut and hometown hero Neil Armstrong.

The Impossible Fish Tank
The little cups on the sides of the tank in the picture are connected to the tank and open to the air, which allows the fish to swim into the cups to be hand fed (and petted or nuzzled if that’s your thing). The tank is sealed at the top, creating a vacuum which prevents the water from pouring out.

Rocket bicycle of Tecnologia Aeroespacial Mexicana
Some years ago I saw a video and images of the bicycle that broke the world speed record, this was a Kamikaze mountain bike with a rocket engine built by Arnold Neracher and he got the new speed record.
I was invited to do a presentation in the engineers symposium that will be in Acapulco, Mexico this September and my friend Lalo asked me to present something simple to show the power of the hydrogen peroxide and he had the idea to mount one of my small helicopter rocket engines into his mountain bike, mmmmmm!.

The great toilet paper debate
The debate has raged ever since the invention of the toilet paper roll holder, a time when it was no longer considered "decent' to simply tuck it under your arm or set it on a shelf. A better solution was demanded by the people and they were answered. Thousands of years later we still use toilet paper roll holders, now available in plastic, metal and other various substances. Styles of holders range from simple to elaborate, from the plastic spring-loaded roll to the musical air-freshening roll.

It's a close shave, but the Germans boast some of Europe's wackiest beards
The wildest, wackiest and most groomed beards and moustaches went on display at the International German Beard Championship.
Around 200 participants from all over Europe showed off their elaborately-groomed whiskers.
