Virgin wants Concorde, for £1
Virgin Atlantic founder Richard Branson said on Thursday his airline was interested in buying British Airways' doomed Concorde fleet, but would offer just £1 (€1.5, $1.6).
Branson, the king of publicity stunts, said in a statement he would be asking BA for the full operation figures for its fleet of seven Concorde.

Job Wanted
“Jihad ready.”
Dear Potential Employer:
I'm looking for new challenges after spending the last ten years in a high-profile public-relations position with an international celebrity. (I would prefer that you don't contact him at the present time, as he doesn't know I'm considering a new situation.) I've collaborated with some of the world's most expert makeover artists and special-effects makeup personnel to create Disneyworld-quality theatrical illusions, most often working with a paintbrush mustache, thick Groucho Marx eyebrows, a black beret, and khaki uniform with yellow epaulets. As you can imagine, I know how to turn heads!

Watching you, watching me
New tour turns eyes on city’s surveillance cameras. Bill Brown stands in the middle of a crowded Manhattan sidewalk, gesturing obscenely toward the sky. “You’ve got no right to do this! I think you’re a coward!” he shouts at a video camera staring back at him from four stories up. Unusual behavior for a New York tour guide, but Brown is offering a view of the city that few visitors or natives see. His “Video Surveillance Tour of Manhattan” scans rooftops, storefronts and utility poles for some of the thousands of surveillance cameras perched across the city.
