Fragrant bra bar to smokers
JAPAN's top lingerie manufacturer Triumph International yesterday announced it had developed a set of anti-smoking bras and panties as a part of a campaigning to help habitual puffers quit the habit.
The "Anti-Smoking Manifesto Bra" comes with capsules containing lavender and jasmine fragrances mounted in the cleavage.

Hello Sweden, you're on fire
The longstanding tradition of Norwegians telling Swedish jokes and vice versa, was recently refueled by a border story. A Norwegian man called Sweden on his mobile phone to tell them they had a forest fire. Not only did the firefighters not know about the blaze, they didn't recognize the name of the place on fire.

Doctors find plant growing in boy's nose
Romanian doctors have found a plant growing in a four-year-old boy's nose.
The boy, from a mountain village in Vrancea county, had not complained about the germinating bean and was only in the surgery for a check-up.

Court banishes New Delhi monkeys
In a capital city where cows roam the streets and elephants plod along in the bus lanes, it's no surprise to find government buildings overrun with monkeys.
But the officials who work there are fed up. They've been bitten, robbed and otherwise tormented by monkeys that ransack files, bring down power lines, screech at visitors and bang on office windows.

Diese Verkehrsnachricht dürfte ziemlich einmalig sein: Bei einem Unfall mit einem Leichenwagen auf der A 40 Richtung Venlo wurde ein Toter auf die Fahrbahn geschleudert.

Rabbis back Israeli 'guard pigs'
An organisation in Israel has gained rabbinical approval to train pigs to guard Jewish settlements in the West Bank.
Until now, Jewish settlements have been guarded by men with guns and also by guard dogs.
But a new idea - guard pigs - has been thought up by an organisation called The Hebrew Battalion.
