Beijing rock villa on high-rise roof to be demolished
A Chinese man who built a rock-covered roof-top villa on top of a high-rise building has told the BBC he will comply with an order to demolish it.
The villa, surrounded by rocks, trees and bushes, sits on top of a 26-storey building in Beijing's Haidian district.

Spammers get nine years in prison
Siblings Jeremy Jaynes and Jessica DeGroot became the first two spammers to be convicted under U.S. anti-spam laws. They received 9-year prison sentences and $7,500 U.S. fines for peddling what prosecutors called modern-day snake oil.

Man Who Drinks 6 Pack a Day Fights to get Driver's License Reinstated
44 year old Pennsylvania man Keith Emerich saw his driver's license taken away last April by a Lebanon County judge because a doctor disclosed that Emerich drank a 6 pack of beer a day. Emerich is appealing to the Commonwealth Court.

Harvard Law professor, Charles J. Ogletree Jr., has admitted to plagiarizing the work of Yale Law School professor, Jack M. Balkin. Ogletree blames the lifting of 6 paragraphs from Balkin's work on a "drafting error".
