As it was explained to me later, Steve Jobs originally proposed a building with one bathroom, something that would drive foot traffic to a central area all day long. Obviously, they’ve got more than one bathroom in the building, but just standing there and watching as everyone arrived to start their day, it was obvious that Jobs had managed the feat.

'Robots' bolts into box office lead
The animated sci-fi film "Robots" ratcheted its way to the top of the North American box office this weekend, with double the ticket sales of its main competitor and last week's box office darling, "The Pacifier."

The Hobbit three years away: Jackson
Oscar winning director Peter Jackson says it will be at least three years before he shoots The Lord of the Rings prequel, The Hobbit.
Jackson this weekend took a break from his busy schedule filming King Kong in Auckland, stopping by Sydney's Powerhouse Museum to check out the Lord of the Rings (LOTR) exhibition.

Star Wars Episode III rendered on Windows 64 bit
MICROSOFT said that famous upcoming Star Wars Episode III, Revenge of the sith was rendered on beta version in Windows 64 bit.
This means this operating system like a desirable option even in its beta stage was good enough to render a state of the art movie. The company called Jak Movies decided to go for Windows 64 bit since it was faster to render under 64 bit windows.

UK pioneers digital film network
The world's first digital cinema network will be established in the UK over the next 18 months.
The UK Film Council has awarded a contract worth £11.5m to Arts Alliance Digital Cinema (AADC), who will set up the network of up to 250 screens.

The first full body images of Vogons are here, from the Diamond Previews catalog, which has stuff that should be shipping to your local store in about two to three months. They have a big ad for toys from Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, and it includes a look at the Vogons, Marvin's gun, and a one-headed Zaphod Beeblebrox.

Mini Me commits foul No. 1
It's a reality television moment that will live in infamy.
Two-thirds of the way through Sunday's 9 p.m. launch of "The Surreal Life" on VH1, Verne Troyer, the pint-size actor who plays Mini Me in the "Austin Powers" movies, urinates in the corner of a room.
In a scene that will surely get critics arguing - again - that reality television marks the end of civilization, an inebriated Troyer rides a scooter, nude, into a room at the "Surreal Life" house and oblivious to his surroundings, relives his bladder.
