Holy Shit

ChristiansForCannabis believe that the laws that prohibit the possession, use and cultivation of marijuana/cannabis are immoral and unjust and the Christian support of these laws to be in violation of God's word. We base our position on: the inerrancy of the Bible; God's creatorship of the earth and all that is in it, including the seed bearing plant we call cannabis or marijuana; Jesus's commands to not judge anything before the appointed time and to love as he loved; and how love does no harm to its neighbor.

Arnold's Marijuana Moment

Arnold Schwarzenegger encouraged the director of "Pumping Iron," the documentary that launched him in Hollywood 25 years ago, to re-release it unedited - including a marijuana-smoking scene.

"I would refuse to wipe out that record or change it or alter it because of image's sake," Schwarzenegger said this week. "That would not be true to the filmmaker."

Tajik and Uzbek researchers have developed a genetically-modified "killer mushroom" that could wipe out the heroin industry in neighbouring Afghanistan, Tajik biologist Shavkat Saidmuradov told newspapers on Saturday. Experiments financed by the United Nations as part of its war on drugs have shown the efficacy of the "polyspore papavericide" in destroying the opium poppy on which heroin is based, said Saidmuratov, a collaborator with the Tajik drugs squad.
