QHosts-1 aka The "r0x s0x"
69.57.146.14
The purpose of this trojan is to "hijack" browser use. When page requests are made, they are rerouted to specified Domain Name Servers. Lindows to Microsoft: Buzz Off
Lindows.com defiantly told Microsoft Tuesday it will not remove a website that offers to process claims for Californians entitled to proceeds from a $1.1 billion class-action settlement with the software giant.
San Diego-based Lindows, which sells a Linux-based operating system, said Microsoft sent it a letter Friday ordering it to take down the site, MSfreePC.com, claiming it is deceptive, mischaracterizes terms of the settlement and may cause consumers to have their legal claims rejected by a claims administrator.
¬> In connection with a legal settlement, you may be eligible for a FREE PC and allowed to purchase up to $100 worth of software paid for by Microsoft®!

Thank this guy for ‘control-alt-delete’
Every time a software program locks up and you want to start over, every time you need to change your password or log on or off your computer, you can thank David J. Bradley.
That's the same David Bradley who was the "answer" to Final Jeopardy on an episode of that show's special college edition last fall.
It's the same David Bradley who saved Bill Gates' derriere before the Windows operating system became the monster it is today.
