It is the second novel featuring Moist von Lipwig, and involves the Ankh-Morpork mint and specifically the introduction of paper money to the city. Ankh-Morpork has hitherto not used banknotes. Passages from Finnegans Wake [mp3]
This is, in a way, a real Old School soundtrack LP-not just the music, but dialogue and sound effects. This was pretty common in the pre-VHS days when owning the soundtrack was as close to owning the actual movie as you could hope. "Finnegans Wake" takes this to a remarkable extreme, with the mostly Irish cast singing and gabbing away in Joyce's artificial dream language for more than 50 minutes. I'd never heard anything like this.

Frog Can Fly
Two artists from Moscow are obsessed with an idea that a frog should fly too, so they make different photos of the frog in a “flight”, giving a name for each of them.
They think that “The jump of frog symbolizes thirst of flying. As genetic magic dream, about that far time, when frogs were the ANGELS”. Frankly this is the first time I hear about the link between frogs and angels…

"Goodbye Privacy"
What is the value of privacy? According to the classical interpretation of Modernity, the private sphere is a precondition for autonomy and the capacity of the individual to act. Being able to discuss issues in a context in which ones privacy is protected is a necessary requirement for the existence of a critical public in a democratic society. Can this view of the private sphere still be maintained before the backdrop of terror and Web 2.0?
