Lawsuit: In-Car Sobriety Devices A Hazard
A two-time drunk driver is suing the maker of the in-car sobriety device that keeps drunks off the road. Jason Reali, 29, a heavy smoker and drinker, claims he blew so hard into the device that he passed out and crashed into a tree.
