Hedgehogs to dinner every day
Iberia snails, sour cream and eggs beaten with sugar are the favorite dishes served to the young hedgehogs living in Ingrid Solberg's garden in Ulvøya. She has rescued and raised a total of 60 hedgehogs, and 11 of them are regular dinner guests now.
