Tub Used to Assasinate MLK Cannot be Sold on eBay
D'Army Bailey, a Memphis judge who started the National Civil Rights Museum in the area where Martin Luther King was assassinated, attempted to auction off the tub James Earl Ray stood on when he shot King. eBay removed the listing.
