Why the FCC should die


The FCC, created in 1937, is no longer useful. Consider the dethroning of king of radio Howard Stern or the debucle over Janet Jackson's boob-shot at halftime.

These signs warn of an agency that is overreaching. It was useful back in the early 1930's when telecommunications was unruled, but now delays caused by their actions have cost Americans billions of dollars

The proposed solution? sell off different bands to privateers. what keeps them in check? anti-trust laws already on the books, so no monopoly can occur.
