Oslo awash in deadly heroin
An extremely pure and strong strain of heroin is currently being sold on the streets of Oslo. It's believed responsible for 11 deaths by overdose during just 18 days earlier this month. Deaths from overdose have been on the decline in Oslo, but officials now fear a sharp increase. From a high of 115 in 2001, they fell to 79 in 2002 and 53 in 2003.
