Oodles of noodles downed in contest
At 6 feet 6, 310 pounds, Brian Subich presented an intimidating image as he relaxes before the battle. A retired government worker, this part-time high school football coach from Johnstown, Pa., looked like an athlete, prepared for his event like an athlete, and even had a few time-honored sport cliche's ready when interviewed.
