Ex Pres Clinton turns down opportunity to nab Osma Bin Laden
Sudan called the Pres of the US at that time Bill Clinton and told him they had Osma Bin Laden and we could come get him.
Pres Clinton did not see any reason that warranted taking him into custody.
Pres Clinton later denies that such a conversation took place... now video and audio tape is discovered.
