The best (but not free) is Native Instruments Traktor DJ www.nativeinstruments.de
VTT used to have a pretty good free version, but I don't think it's been updated for a while www.carrotinnovations.com
Never used Tactile 12000, but it's supposed to be OK, and it's free

Similarly, have heard good things about mixmeister, but never used it, and it's not free www.mixmeister.com
