Georgia Firm Takes on Google
Google, with revenues approaching $1 billion a year, is being challenged in federal court by a tiny Norcross, Ga. company, Digital Envoy, which claims Google is using its technology without paying.
If Digital Envoy wins the case, it hopes for a judgment that could equal the less than $10 million it generates in revenue for a year.
