GERMANS are screaming, moaning, and panting for the latest nightlife craze: porno karaoke. Porno karaoke is similar to traditional karaoke - but, instead of standing in for Whitney Houston or Frank Sinatra, contestants belt out the soundtracks of adult movie stars.
