Potluck, the long-awaited first movie from High Times magazine.
Should pot movies be decriminalized? It's a question that threatens to tear this country apart. Under the current legislation, any citizen who tries to rent Half Baked, How High or anything starring Cheech and Chong faces fines of up to $10. True, that penalty is only exacted when the renter leaves the videos under a pizza box and forgets to return them to the store on time. But it's an indisputable fact that pot movies have been unfairly targeted in the so-called “war on drug films.”
