Python afraid of mice

A python rescued by animal welfare activists in India is reportedly afraid of mice.

Newspaper Mid-day reports that the six-foot snake, found abandoned in a flat in Bombay, backs away from live food.

The python, along with a rat snake and a monitor lizard, were among reptiles rescued from the flat after its owner went missing.
