Searching in Two Directions
Yahoo goes broad, while Google sticks to its roots. Question No. 1: What's the most useful site on the Web? It's Google.com, usually the fastest and most reliable route between question and Net-based answer. I asked 65 colleagues whether they agreed: 51 told me they visited Google at least once every business day, and 13 of them reported that they had made Google the homepage on their Web browser. It's that useful.
