Hundreds cheers on Christmas Day swimmers
Sixty swimmers have plunged into the English Channel for a traditional Christmas Day dip. Hundreds of spectators lined the beach at Brighton, East Sussex, as swimmers aged from 11 to 65 took to the cold surf next to the city's main pier for the annual event.
