Denver City Council passes pot rules that allow smoking on private property, even in public view
Denver's City Council voted Monday to allow residents to smoke marijuana in a front yard or on a balcony, even if they can be seen from the street or sidewalk.
Jeremy Meyer, City Hall reporter for our partners at The Denver Post, tweeted that the council voted 10-3 to approve the bill that allows "front-yard" smoking of marijuana.
