Shoplifting secret of the housewife who stole 900 designer handbags
Jayne Rand, 48, carried out a nationwide “campaign of shoplifting”, helping herself to a haul of handbags made by leading designers including Prada, Gucci and Louis Vuitton.
Police believe she is Britain’s most prolific handbag thief, stealing almost one a day in a three-year crimewave.
