This community created the Arduino-compatible ArduPilot, the world's first universal autopilot (planes, copters of all sorts, ground rovers, boats). The ArduPilotMega autopilot hardware runs a variety of powerful free Arduino-based UAV software systems, including:
- ArduPlane, a pro-level UAV system for planes of all types.
- ArduCopter, a fully-autonomous multicopter and heli UAV system.
