Eni calls for end to Europe sanctions
Italy's Eni called on Europe to abandon sanctions against Libya, becoming the first Western firm to try to rebuild bridges as Muammar Gaddafi is regaining control and may reopen the oil taps. .... Austria's OMV, also an important player in Libya, said it still saw Libya's NOC as its partner. "It is still not clear when work can start up again," it said.
