Lottery draws same number in a row
The Massachusetts Lottery pulled off a long shot of its own by drawing the same winning numbers two nights in a row for its daily Numbers Game: 7-4-5-3.
While unusual, drawing the same number two days in a row is not unheard of.
The same number was drawn August 22 and 23 in 1999, said Lottery spokeswoman Shannon Cadres.
