Aircraft that appears to be a unmanned drone spotted by Al Jazeera's Jacky Rowland in Ras Lanuf.

The Foreign Ministry said it had made for export to Libya of the drones, no positive opinion. The negative opinion to the Ministry was in 2008, is based on the foreign trade law was emphasized.
The company Schiebel confirmed in a written statement that in the years 2008 and 2009 a total of four units of S-100 Camcopter were delivered "on the basis of appropriately by the Austrian Ministry of Economy issued export permits for the purposes of border and migration control" to Libya.
