Gunmen Hold Theater Audience Hostage In Moscow
According to Russia's Federal Security Service, a group of armed men entered the theater Wednesday.
The Interfax news agency says one of its reporters was inside the theater at the time. She told them by phone that the armed men had fired into the air -- and that they are preventing the audience from leaving.
Up to 30 Armed Men Seize Moscow Theater
Up to 30 gunmen, seized a Moscow theater staging a musical late Wednesday, firing shots in the air and holding a number of people hostage, police and news agencies said.
