Did Aliens Visit Britain?

This is the photograph which has caused Britain's latest UFO inquiry.

UFO believers say it is proof of a close encounter with aliens. The picture was apparently taken by a parent from Tonbridge, Kent, who said he grabbed a camera after hearing his son call out that there was something strange in the sky. It was posted to a local newspaper by a person who gave a false name.
