In the 1980s, the CIA issued a small handbook called "The Freedom Fighter's Manual" to the anti-Sandinista Contras on how to screw over the government.
Presented here is the handbook in its entirety, with tips like "Show up late to work" and "Leave corral gates open on state farms," with English translations.
