Bibliography of the Brazilian Ayahuasca Religions
The aim of this text is to serve as the most exhaustive survey possible of the current bibliography of the Brazilian ayahuasca religions – Santo Daime (including both of its two lines: Alto Santo and Cefluris), Barquinha, and the União do Vegetal – and their dissidents.3 The references are organized by language: Danish, Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Portuguese and Spanish. Inclusion criteria are as follows: for works in Portuguese, we have included all finished or inprogress graduate-level texts (Masters or Doctoral), whether or not they were published as scientific articles (in books, journals or on the Internet) or as books.
