If Osama bin Laden is ever apprehended, Rudy Giuliani wants to be the one who ends the terrorist's life. The former mayor says he made that startling request directly to President Bush just before the commander in chief's first emotion-filled viewing of Ground Zero, three days after the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks.
