According to Russian Vice-Premier Valentina Matvienko, the government isn’t going to hold a special party dedicated President Vladimir Putin’s 50th birthday. She says that the president will only get a bunch of flowers. Suddenly, an insane idea comes to mind: let’s get together and congratulate the president on his 50th birthday.
