Champagne parachute?
How come no-one thought of this blisteringly good idea before?? Simply attach the lunar module to your bottle of bubbly (ok not actually a lunar module, but there's a kind of similarity, you know, after you've had a few, quite a few.) Once attached, then make like a lottery winner cum formula one driver and shake it up, firing your cork into the air*.
