Pluto the police dog is useless. His handler is pretty poor too(with all respect). The criminal is not exactly Linford Christie. mind you ... Alle » as someone that has owned a dog that was a total idiot(Odin)I understand how the poor cop musta felt when not only did he make a tit of himself in public,but it was filmed on cctv.
