Germany's "McDope" Problem
As Holland cracks down on cannabis cultivation, it is pushing its drug bands into Germany. Since 2004, 30 "cannabis plantations" have been shut down near the Dutch border. Meanwhile, Holland continues to tolerate pot-selling coffee shops that help fill The Hague's treasury.
