As if teensy night-lights were dangling from tree trunks and branches, glow-in-the-dark mushrooms illuminate the forests across the globe. Now, scientists have discovered several species of such radiant 'shrooms.

Lego Augmented Reality
Yesterday we found ourselves at a Lego Store and stumbled across one of their augmented reality kiosks. The premise is simple and awesome: hold up a box in front of a camera and a 3-D representation of the fully assembled model is projected on top of the box. You can rotate the box and the model moves with it.

LEGO gadgets
many unofficial LEGO gadgets have been on the market for some time now, but next month will see LEGO themselves release a digital camera and MP3 player developed together with digital blue.
LEGO worked with the atlanta-based company who specialize in children's tech-products for a range of gadgets that includes walkie talkies, boomboxes, alarm clocks as well.

Arrested couple caught having sex in police paddy wagon
An arrested Australian couple have been caught having sex in the back of a police paddy wagon while being driven to a Territory cop station. Hannah Walker was driving behind the police car and said she was shocked to find the couple bonking in the back when she pulled up behind them at a red light. Police said they had no idea about their randy rendezvous.

Google: Pirate Bay booted off search by mistake
"Google received a (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) take-down request that erroneously listed Thepiratebay.org, and as a result, this URL was accidentally removed from the Google search index," Google said in a statement. "We are now correcting the removal, and you can expect to see Thepiratebay.org back in Google search results this afternoon."
Later, Google updated it's statement: "The removal appears to be an internal error and not part of a DMCA request."

Wolfgang's Vault Opening Entire Concert Catalog For Downloads
The once controversial Wolfgang's Vault, which has amassed the largest collection of licensed streaming live recordings on the Internet, is about to make a treasure trove of those concerts available for downloading.
Beginning Nov. 3, the site will add more than 1,000 titles from 919 artists to the approximately 500 that are currently available for purchase from the site's Concert Vault section, Bill Sagan, CEO and founder of Wolfgang's Vault LLC and its parent company, Norton LLC, tells Billboard.com. The additions will include more than 160 Grateful Dead concerts as well as titles from artists such as Santana, Janis Joplin, Jefferson Airplane, Aretha Franklin, Bonnie Raitt, Hall & Oates, Journey, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Jethro Tull, Chicago, Miles Davis, Dolly Parton, Merle Travis and many others.

Mexico makes record drugs seizure
Mexican authorities say they have made their largest-ever seizure of chemicals used in the manufacturer of the synthetic drug methamphetamine.
A total of 37 tonnes were confiscated in two separate raids in different parts of the country.

Egypt anger over virginity faking
A leading Egyptian scholar has demanded that people caught importing a female virginity-faking device into the country should face the death penalty.
Abdul Mouti Bayoumi said supplying the item was akin to spreading vice in society, a crime punishable by death in Islamic Sharia law.
