Possible Banksy work near GCHQ targets government surveillance
Mysterious street artist Banksy appears to have unveiled his latest creation – targeting the issue of government surveillance.
The artwork shows three 1950s-style agents, wearing brown trenchcoats and trilby hats, using devices to tap into conversations at a telephone box.
It appeared overnight on a street in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, just a few miles from GCHQ, the base of the UK's surveillance network.

Willkommen im Land der Trinker und Kiffer
Es ist die bisher größte Erhebung zum Drogenkonsum in Deutschland. ZEIT ONLINE hat 22.000 Menschen befragt. Das Ergebnis: Die größte Gefahr ist der tolerierte Suff.
Mitte bis Ende 20, Student, grundsätzlich glücklich, ziemlich gesund und interessiert daran, es zu bleiben. Trinkt viel Alkohol und raucht auch mal Gras. So lässt er sich wohl beschreiben, der alltägliche, aber kaum bekannte Drogenkonsument von heute. Unauffällig und zufrieden, nicht kaputt und abhängig in der Gosse liegend.
