CDU-Plakate darf man nicht remixen?
Heute kam eine Mail des Fotografen, der uns erklärte, dass sein Motiv nur für die CDU lizenziert wurde und nicht für “Wettbewerbe” und “Diffamierung” freigegeben worden sind. Verbunden war die Mail mit der Aufforderung, die Seiten zu löschen. Meiner Meinung nach fallen die Remixe unter die Satire- und Meinungsfreiheit, was mir Anwälte eben auch bestätigt haben. Ich überlege gerade noch, ob wir die Bilder und Links auf Bilder im Netz hier löschen oder es auf einen Rechtsstreit ankommen lassen, um die Sache zu klären.

Celebrities are lining up in their droves to pay homage to the grandfather of hemp Jack Herer, and his book The Emperor Wears No Clothes.
A short presentation of the celebrity footage demystifying hemp’s uses, is being shown theatrically at the Laemmle Theatres in Los Angeles August 25-31 to qualify for Academy Award Consideration for Best Short Documentary Subject as part of the campaign to help raise awareness and voter support for the feature length documentary of the same title, scheduled for release in 2010.

Police seize 250 kilograms of cocaine as yacht intercepted in high seas
THE Spanish organised crime police have seized 250 kilograms of cocaine with a street value of between 7.5 and 9 million euros that was being transported hidden in a UK-bound yacht called ‘Dolphin Dance’ that was intercepted in Atlantic 500 miles from the north western Spanish coast.

Die Schäuble Plakat-Remixe
Ich hab mir mal die ersten (gefühlten) 120 Einreichungen beim Schäuble Plakat Remix-Wettbewerb angeschaut und in mühevoller Kleinarbeit hier eine Auswahl zusammengestellt. Erstmal danke für die vielen Vorschläge. Da wird sich die CDU über den kreativen Input wahrscheinlich sehr freuen.
